Our services include :
Metallography
Microstructure analysis (2D porosity, thickness, dimensions, interface contamination);
Surface roughness analysis (Ra, Rz, Rsk, …);
Rockwell hardness test according to ASTM E18;
Vickers hardness test by microindentation (calibrated for 0.3 Kg) according to ASTM E384 and ISO 6507-1;
Adhesion testing by tensile method according to ASTM C633, along with stamping and bending tests.
Powder Analysis
Flowability analysis according to EN ISO 4490;
Apparent density analysis according to EN ISO 3923;
